- Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. When shipping is advertised as free, no fees will be added at the time of purchase.
- Refund, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
Returns and Exchanges
- You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date using the return form available at the bottom of this page.
- The first return for an order is at our expense, except in certain cases. Subsequent returns are at your cost.
- No refunds are offered on items on sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If shipping was advertised as free, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping fees are also non-refundable if the return is made without our prepaid return label.
Manufacturing Defects
- We offer a three-month quality guarantee on our clothing. Each item is inspected individually.
- Occasionally, a small defect may go unnoticed (e.g., incomplete stitching, small hole in the fabric). In this case, please contact us with a photo of the defect at info@stellacanada.com so we can find a solution.
Price Difference
- Although not legally required, we offer a 48-hour price guarantee.
- If an item you purchased goes on promotion or receives a discount within 48 hours of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment and we will refund the difference.
